PARQ VANCOUVER
The Project
Parq Vancouver is a new international entertainment destination, located downtown Vancouver, next to BC Place Stadium, Parq features two Luxury Hotels by JW Marriott. Parq’s defining feature is a 30,000 square foot park with large trees designed by PFS Studio that sits 100 feet above sea level in a common space that connects the two hotels and two restaurants. The space is a mix of pathways and large stone paving areas that allow it to host large organizational events. The rooftops of both Hotels also feature greenspace mixed with pavers for a true penthouse experience.
Our Scope
Parq’s Landscape was an 8 month project that involved work on the Ground Floor (Streetscape), Level 3 (‘Whale’ Patios), Level 4 (Wedding Patio), Level 6 (the “Parq”), and Level 17 (Penthouses).
